Promo flyer UPDATES & QUESTIONS

Event promo flyers will be provided to all vendors and entertainers. To be on the first set of flyers please have all dues paid by 2/18/2019 (THIIS WAS A COURTESY EXTENTION ORIGINAL DATE WAS 2/13/2019). Website will be updated as vendors & entertainers lock in their spot. The next flyer update date will be announced. 


SPONSOR VS DONATION QUESTIONS

We welcome any and/or all sponsors. With sponsorship you will have recognition on the website, flyers, and all expo events. ( sponsor tiers available via email.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS AND WHAT COMES WITH EACH OF THEM?

Vendor Slot $75 Tables come with a linen table cloth and a linen skirt. You will have 1-5 mins of presentation time(main speaker/presenter on floor and or stage). 2 Admission tickets, advertisement and flyers.

Entertainment $25  15 minute entertainment slot also comes with advertisement and flyers.

Early bird $10  5 dollars off regular admission at www.expoapr2019.eventbrite.com you will also gain a speedy line at the event as long as you have the early bird ticket printed out and ready at the door.

General Admission $15 at the door these wont go on sale until March 31st and will be available online at www.expoapr2019.eventbrite.com

Sponsors/Donations $$$ Sponsors recieve flyer and  Website advertisment even after the event. Donations are apperciated but annoyums they want no reconigtion. 

What kind of food will be available to us in the expo?

All food will be provided from the Holiday Inn. We are not paying for lunch, but we will all have time to stop relax and enjoy meals provided by the Urban Steak restaurant. We will have preorders taken during check-in that day. If we happen to get lunch or breakfast sponsored, we will be sure to update all emails of vendor  who are on board or those who have been showing interest.

Why is an Itinerary needed?

The itinerary will let those attendees know what time certain performances take place and what will be going on. The vendor tables will have the entire time of the event to showcase their brand. Remember time is money and money is time. The itinerary will keep us all on time and make sure we use the time wisely.

 

I will give you time to have as many models, people, acts as you can go up in the time slot given depending on how many vendors we have. Each person will at least get 1-5 mins of showcase time each vendor some will just talk some may demonstrate some may have hair models, show models, clothing models, food models, samples, or even testimonials. You will get a vendor table as well to promote your band, set up appointments, or sell merchandise!

 

This is your moment to get an audience you normally would be around use the space and time wisely.
